Help Center - I bought credits! Where are they?

Did you buy a Gift Certificate instead of buying credits directly?

• This is usually the problem.
• Clicking on Credits in the Kiosk will allow you to purchase credits directly.
• Gift Certificates need to be redeemed to apply credits to your account.

Note: your purchases should show in your Registries linked from the top of your My Account main page.  They won't show there if you did not link the purchase to your account by (1)  making the purchase while you are logged into your account, or (2) by entering your SwapaDVD User Email address while making the purchase.
