Help Center - How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?

• If you do not have an account with SwapaDVD yet, you will need to register first.
  • Click Sign Up in the toolbar at the top of the site, and fill out the information there.


• To redeem your gift certificate:
  • Place your cursor over Kiosk in the toolbar at the top of the site.
  • Choose Redeem a Gift Certificate from the menu that drops down.
  • Type in the Gift Certificate Code found on the bottom of your gift certificate (or in the email).
  • Click "Apply to My Account."
  • This will unlock the gift certificate and apply it to your account.

• If you deleted the emailed certificate and do not have the code:
  • If you are the one who purchased the gift certificate, the link to the transaction details with the redemption code is in the email you were sent thanking you for your purchase.
    • If you no longer have that email, you can find a copy in your Club Communications file, linked from the top of your My Account page.
  • If the gift certificate was purchased by another member and you no longer have a copy of the email:
