Responding to a Request

• Log into SwapaDVD within 5 days after an email notification of a request is sent to you
• The request will pop up
• Click or or
  • If you click
    • you will have 5 days from the date of acceptance to mark the DVD mailed on the site
  • If you click
    • you will have a range of mail-by dates
    • the latest mailby date is 5 days after acceptance
    • your deadline to mark the DVD mailed will be 2 days after the mailby date you choose
  • If you click
    • The request will be canceled and the DVD will be removed from your DVD Tower
    • Once a request is canceled, it can't be reactivated; you will need to repost the DVD if you want to swap it.
