I am a Realtor, a property manager, and a "former" missionary who lives in a big 100-year old house in the inner-city where lots of people come to hang out, talk, get loved on, and sometimes stay awhile when they need a place. Our neighborhood is the most internationally and culturally diverse of any in the Midwest. I work as a Realtor, primarily in the urban core.
