the sender declined to send you the DVD, or
you canceled the request (perhaps in error), or
the system canceled the request because the sender didn't mark the DVD mailed, or
the DVD was declared Lost in the Mail by SwapaDVD, or
you have marked the DVD received (perhaps erroneously), or
the DVD was not a DVD you requested through SwapaDVD.
If the sender declined to send you the DVD:
Of course, if you did not request this DVD from another SwapaDVD member, it will not appear anywhere in your SwapaDVD account.
