Help Center - How do I send one of my DVDs to a friend?

If you would like to send one of your DVDs as a gift to a friend  (this is a non-credit transaction):

This is called the Mail-to-a-Friend feature.

• Go to the DVD Details page for the DVD (click on the DVD title or cover image anywhere on the site)
  • Click the "Mail to a Friend" button
• Fill in the name and address where you want the DVD sent
  • Print out the wrapper and send the DVD as usual - you may use Printed Postage in the process. Mail to Friend printings with postage do NOT earn DVD Credit
• The transaction will appear on your account page on the "DVDs Sent to a Friend" tab
  • When your friend receives the DVD, you can mark it received from that tab.
• This is a non-credit transaction. No credit will be deducted, or granted, for sending your DVD out this way.
• To create a multiple-DVD transaction to Mail to a Friend, you just need to create multiple Mail to a Friend transactions with the same mailing address, and they will combine into a single transaction on your My Account page.

To request a DVD from the database and have it sent to a friend:

• Simply request the DVD as usual, and specify the alternate address during the requesting process.
