This is the incredible true story of the Mont Blanc, a French freighter transporting explosive cargo that collided with a Belgian relief ship in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1917.  Heard and felt over a hundred miles away, the resulting blast claimed thousands of lives and homes.    Truly a great movie!
