Has anyone had this experience?

I shipped a DVD on 10/23. The Transaction Archive says it was cancelled on 11/18 at 4:00 AM, then received on 11/18 at 9:05 PM.

Today - 12/19 - I got the DVD back, unopened, marked "Return to Sender - Unclaimed - Unable To Forward".

I PMd the requestor, now waiting for a reply. But why was it delivered, then returned to sender?

The person may have moved and did not update their address and it was not forwarded to their new address.

One of our members mailed a DVD to a person who had died and the DVD was returned to sender.
