Really disappointed with this movie. It was stupid silly and had a weak plot. A bunch of 4 letter words and goofy antics doesn't make a movie good. I didn't even finish the movie. Skip this one.

2 movies on one DVD: Africa Screams and Kid Dynamite. In Africa Screams, Abbott & Costello go to Africa on a Safari. Look for Moe and Joe from the 3 Stooges in this movie.

It seems to be a documentary on being Muslim.
I was looking for more action and got a slow moving movie.

Slow start for this movie in the genre of the wacky comedies like Airplane.
I liked this movie because it was friendly to conservatives. It had a good patriotic message. The movie was similar to the storytelling of the Christmas Carol, but the holiday is the 4th of July.

A fantasy sci-fi film with A+ visual effects and sound.
A marine has to decide to fight for aliens he has befriended or promote his planet's desires. The action is crisp, but I didn't like the goddess (Not talking about the Charile Sheen goddess variety either) concept protrayed in the movie. There is only one God: Jesus Christ.

Pretty interesting movie about a group of 4 friends who decide to make a movie.
It is amazing how scary an unknown figure in a paperbag can be.
While making their movie, a person with a paper bag over his head shows up acting violently and stars wrecking havoc.
Really liked Elise Muller in this movie.

Maybe the worse Rock movie ever. Movie had potential, but just was crude and was male dominated. You would think a beach movie with Baywatch would highlight the female actresses more. Rock is one of my favorite actors, but the Zac combo was over the top. A female lead beside Rock would have been better. However, it was like the director was wanting to see male preference along with gross male nudity. If you are wanting a cheesy male combo lead, why choose the Baywatch theme?

This flick reminded me of Open Water.
2 honeymooners decide to take a trail ride in the Grand Canyon.
It has a very depressing survival theme.
The quality of the movie is excellent.
The acting is superb and I like that they use real animals (not fake CGI).
However, the plot goes south during the movie and you don't have a good feeling when it is done.

Neat slow moving Southern dramatic Comedy.
This movie is packed with stars and has a melodrama feel.
The setting is Holly Springs, Mississippi. It is located in North Mississippi not a long ways from Memphis. It is neat seeing a movie with a setting in a city less than a 100 miles away from where I live. Another thing I like about the movie is the good race relations portrayed in the movie.
Get you some Sweet Tea and enjoy this on a summer Saturday afternoon.

Interesting movie about immigration in LA. Several of the lives of the characters in the movie are linked during the movie. Move over Nicole Kidman: Alice Eve reminds me a lot of Nicole, but might be more of a beauty.

I really like Dwayne Johnson, but this movie is dull.
It is based on a true story, but it is very stiff and vanilla.
There wasn't much depth or intrigue.
Johnson wasn't even the main actor.
It is about a big robbery from an armored security company's vault.
Johnson plays a detective investigating the crime.
The director did a poor job and the story line is very basic.

This was a crime thriller where a detective and his partner are working on a case of missing women mainly prostitutes. Acting and cinematics were good.
There was a twist at the end of the movie which was almost unbelievable.
The action and plot were above average until the twist.
This "surprise" was like jumping from A - Z instead of a reasonable A - B.

A rock band in trying to gain the Devil's favor sacrifices a virgin (Fox) which turns out isn't one. She turns into a demon after being killed. She then wants to eat people.
Beware of occult and unnatural affection themes in the movie. This was a poor choice for Megan Fox to star in this movie.

One of the worst films I have ever watched. It reminds me of our present day poor decision making and folly. What a dysfunctional mess of a movie script and a plot that went into the toilet. I had a miserable feeling after the movie and threw the dvd in the garbage. Not since Open Water have I felt so strongly dismal about a movie.
The acting was professional and the cinematics of the movie were the best parts of the movie.
This movie is full of depression and folly. Skip it!

Samuel L. Jackson plays a single black parent who is trying to raise two kids. He works for the LAPD as a police officer. He even works as a volunteer neighborhood watchman.
However, Jackson has some fatal flaws: he is a racist, has a “chip on his shoulder”, and has problems with aggression.

Things really start to come to boil when an interracial couple move in next door. Patrick Wilson plays the white husband and Kerry Washington portrays the black housewife.
Jackson harasses his new neighbors. When they fight back, Jackson raises the level of opposition to the point that it produces some dire consequences.

There is a backdrop of an approaching wildfire that is threatening the entire neighborhood. This adds to the building tension of the human confrontations. Furthermore, this dramatic thriller is rich with many dynamic social relationships: father-children, husband-wife, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Before this movie is over, you may be asking yourself: “What happened to ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself’”?


Lakeview Terrace is the name of the area where Rodney King was beaten by police in 1991.

Morph-art packaging is the best thing about this movie
The Morph-art (3-d like) DVD cover packaging was the coolest thing about this movie. After that, it was down hill. The movie was about an evil pinata that after being cracked starting killing college co-eds on an island game adventure. How scary is a pinata? The cgi special effects made it look less scary. It would have been much scarier if they had a real person chasing them around on the island or at least in a monkey suit. DVD cover art is cool; the movie isn't.

This was Adam Sandler's worst movie. He plays a loser dad who comes back in his son's life when he is about to get married. Movie had a lot of potential, but it flopped.
The humor is hard to follow and is crude. Adam is a much better PG-13 actor than an R-rated one. If this was your first Adam Sandler movie, you might have given up on him in other movies. His character in this movie is disgusting and repulsive.
Skip this one.
