This is one of my most used Leslie (solo) DVDs. Each mile has a different focus. The list of miles is: classic, arms, legs, tummy, and speed walk. This isn't a substitute for strength training, but the different focus helps give the workout more variety. The legs mile and the speed walk mile seem to be the most intense.

This workout is excellent! There is some new music (Say a Little Prayer/Put a Little love in Your Heart/ Bad Case of Lovin' You). This DVD is set in a bright new studio, the familiar black background is gone. Two miles use a resistance band; mile 4 is really challenging. Several new moves, and a few moves in combination. There is also a timer clock. None of Leslie's regular "gang" are featured. These are mostly new walkers. The walkers during the resistance band miles appear to be professionals.

Walking workout in a lovely outdoor setting. This DVD comprises 4 - 10 minute workouts to mix and match. The first 3 sections are 8 minutes of "walking" and 2 minutes of strength training (grab some dumbbells). The last section is a wonderful 10 minute stretch. I come back to this stretch time and time again.

As one reviewer points out you have to program 4 sections to skip the intro .....when I just want to do this stretch .... I pick section 4 (multiple times) and use the OFF button whenever I want. Not perfectly designed... but not a big hassle either.

Definitely a keeper. The workout is divided into small sections each with a different focus (arms, lower body, higher impact). I think this adds to the variety and the intensity. The intensity is up to the user, as low impact options are shown throughout. The moves are easy to follow using the music only option. The music is not typical of so much other (electronic) workout music. For me, that's a good thing as I have enough of that already.

The Lou Gehrig movie pictured (with Edward Herrmann) is not on the DVD. The Lou Gehrig Story here is from the 1950's. The transfers are terrible and this may come in a cardboard sleeve.

This is a Gaiam reissue. Reissues are a nice way to "collect" older Leslie videos that were originally issued on VHS.
