"I have owned and used this DVD for three weeks and it is truly transforming my whole body even my squishy post-child bearing body and I have been out of the gym for five years. Is running after two children exercise? Well that has been the extent of it and this DVD is changing that. I can do the workouts in my pajamas and no shoes at anytime of day. After only three weeks I received compliments on my arms in a sleveless dress over Thanksgiving weekend in Key West. Whooo-hooo. "the yoga is great and teaches you to modify if you are a beginner or injured in any way, love it, about 25 min workout that you can do almost anywhere, other band workouts too, well worth the price as I paid under 20$. Also teaches harder moves and position changes for intermediate yoga."
