"I have been working out for 20 years, doing cardio, weight lifting, stepping, kickboxing, pretty much everything. Although I really like Tracy and Michelle's other videos, the pace of this one is just too fast. They are doing so many different things on the stepper, and it's too hard to keep up.I felt I spent most of the time trying to figure out what the heck they were doing. I know sometimes it just takes a few tries to get the hang of it, but this one was ridiculous.
I liked the weight lifting part of it, at least I felt I got a workout from that. The movements on the stepper are just too complicated and there are too many of them incorporated into the workout. I was very disappointed.

"and I had to watch the whole dvd first to do it, and still, the steps are not easy to learn. I have to admit, I am bad at learning complicated choreographies, and I honestly don't really want to learn them in the first place (I want to work out without having to think about complicated step combos). So I am modifying the steps to keep up with them, and that works out just fine for me. It is a great cardio workout, once you get used to it."
