This dvd is so much worth your time!

The main feature is a sweet Hallowe'en animation for small kids. Not especially scary or clever, but with a nice message. It's harmless fun, if bland.

The "bonus" cartoons are the selling point here for me: Felix the Cat, Casper the Friendly Ghost, Popeye, and Hoppity Hooper cartoons right off my years-ago Saturday morning kids' time. "Spooky" episodes of Space Angel; Meany, Miny, and Moe; and the New Three Stooges round out the shorts.
