Interesting how beliefs have changed since the Pilgrim times. No big stars but great acting.

This dark, bloody movie is truly a horror movie. Early on, it features the grisly death of an infant and continues in a relentless progress to the bloody destruction of a New England pioneer family.

Anya Taylor-Joy fans may find it informative, from a historical perspective. I found it painful to watch and am baffled by all the awards and nominations it received.
