Whitney Houston! Don't need to say more. She has the most beautiful voice with such range, and this is a good selection of her music videos. This is a region O PAL (all region) that plays on any player.

"unless you just want to watch it on your computer, and even then only if you have a player that decodes PAL format.

For all I know it's great, but I have not opened the package because I'm going to return it - I bought it with the expectation I would be able to watch it, as the Product Details claims it is NTSC format... however, it clearly says PAL on the back (see the image I uploaded)."
