Echart is fabulous as his character bounces you repeatedly between thinking he is on to something to he is flat out nuts. Vikings' Lagertha actress shows up for a twisty tervy ending. TLJones brings his MIB vibe, imo. Lol. Be patient + pay attention. The story is one big teaser. I enjoyed it. So glad I found it on Swap as i had not heard of it. Excellent performances by Tommy Lee Jones and Aaron Eckhart...actually ALL the crew. Solid murder/mystery with some twists and a great ending. This is a story about two washed-up recluses living in the Middle of Nowhere (that's the name of their compound!). Arthur (Aaron Eckhart) is a retired PI (with a past that is revealed in flashbacks) and has a podcast about a conspiracy theory. Everyone thinks he's crazy but is he really? He gets a call and visits from a mother whose daughter was in a car crash and died but the mother doesn't believe it and wants him to investigate. She's willing to pay $10,000 which a lot of money to Arthur who is basically living off the grid. And so the fun begins. 4 of 4 member(s) found this review helpful.
