It seems to me Bocelli has improved since my favorite previous CD of his - Romanza - even though I would have thought that unlikely. He has a perfect voice for Italian romance classics, probably the best ever. I was a big Povorotti fan, but he was better with Opera than this type of classical music. The backup music as well as guest musicians are all first rate as well. Any classical music fan should have this DVD in their collection." |
