Member Movie Reviews![]() Reviewed on 6/6/2018... Good short (a little less than 30 min.) lower body focused workout. Starts with a warm-up, followed by a section using the resistance band around your ankles that really works your outer thighs. Next, Chalene uses weights for lunges and squats. Finally, the routine ends with floor work using the resistance band again for more outer thigh/glute focused work and a nice stretch. I liked that the workout really hit the outer part of your thighs and buns, I really felt the burn afterwards. And, it's a shorter strength workout with a lot of variety of movements,so the time flew by without feeling like I wasn't getting a good enough workout in for the day. 4 of 4 member(s) found this review helpful.
