Movie ReviewsNick's best show out now Well, BLEEP You Too | A Southern Californian Forced into Washinton state | 10/16/2009 (5 out of 5 stars) "Let's face it, Other than SpongeBob SquarePants, Nickelodeon shows haven't been that great since Taina was personally canceled in 2002. Especially ones marketed to teens or with teen actors, - Drake & Josh was a Kenan & Kel rip-off. Unfabulous, iCarly and Zoey 101 seem to be more aimed towards little kids than teens. I have yet to see another Nickelodeon Non-cartoons since 2003 up until this show have not been anywhere near on the same level as Salute Your Shorts, All That, Kenan & Kel or Clarissa Explains It All. And While I still do not consider this show on the same page as those, It's pretty close Then in 2008 comes True Jackson, VP - a show about 15 year old True Jackson (KeKe Palmer), who is hired to be the Vice President (Hence the title) of youth apparel Mad Style - a fashion and clothing company, after The owner notices and like True's modifications to one of his designs she's wearing. Anyone who liked Kenan & Kel should noticed some characters resemblance the characters on that show. And In A way, it kinda resembles Taina EXAMPLES 1. Like Kel, Ryan is a bit Clumsy and Klutzy and LuLu often doesn't get it 2. Like Kenan shouting out "WHY!!!!!!!????", True Jackson shouts out "YOU SAID/DID WHAT NOW?" 3. LuLu and Ryan often cause True trouble Like Kel did to Kenan 4. Like most of the Taina Cast, The actresses are singers. But Unlike Taina, They don't sing on the show 5. Amanda is highly unliked by her co-workers like Maritza (Taina Character) was un-liked by her classmates if you haven't see the show and are a big fan of those 90's Nickelodeon comedies like Kenan & Kel, should totally check this show out.
