Member Movie Reviews K. K. (GAMER) Reviewed on 11/22/2024... Slapstick fun. People need to get over their political correctness and try to enjoy life more! Robert Downey, Jr. said the majority of his friends thought his role in this movie was great!  Craig S. (InnerMacro) from WAUSAU, WI Reviewed on 3/1/2022... A high-budget spoof of Viet Nam war films with many references to Platoon and Apocalypse Now. While the humor style is expected from this crew and the script is somewhat predictable, I think the most interesting aspect of the film is to wonder whether Dreamworks would make this film in today's political climate. Jack Black is probably the best part of the film, however Tom Cruise does surprisingly well also. Probably a good film for fans of Stiller's comedy, otherwise a relatively average movie with a few good chuckles here or there. 1 of 2 member(s) found this review helpful.
