Beauty and Grace

"The Tripsichore Yoga DVD, created by Edward Clark, both inspires awe and makes one believe that they too can learn to move with such grace and fluidity as these two practitioners. Edward's workshop material is immensely helpful for those looking to improve their handstand and headstand techniques, and his knowledge of how to breathe properly throughout the practice and to allow the breath to move you more deeply into the asanas obviously comes from years of experience. The looping feature which allows the viewer to watch the individual Tripsichore sequences repeatedly until you have some level of mastery over them is very helpful and, in my opinion, the best way to begin to use the DVD. Edward has put together a tremendously fun and creative practice. The inclusion of both headstand and handstand options makes it accessible to multiple levels of practitioners and allows one to progress over time to new levels of skill."
Vinyasa with a twist

"Actually without too many twists but plenty of other great asana and vinyasa to keep the limber of mind and supple of body busy. Presented with the aim of achieving a practice driven and riding on the breath it certainly succeeds. A flowing series of asana (handstands and headstand variations, backbends, arm balances and seated postures)linked challengingly and intelligently to form sequences that show what is possible if you trust your breath. Founded on the fundamental traditions of yoga and explained with great clarity by Edward Clark (who also gives us an insight into yoga comedy with an off beat pun-ladden alternative commentry)this will educate and inspire-Great stuff"
