"Tom Tyler's real name was Vincent Markowski. He had small (often uncredited) roles in "Stagecoach" (1939), "Gone With the Wind" (1939), "The Grapes of Wrath" (1940), "Buck Privates" (1941), "The Three Musketeers" (1948), "She Wore a Yellow Ribbon" (1949) and Cecil B. DeMille's "Samson and Delilah" (1949). Mostly though, Tyler appeared in such quickie 'B' westerns as we have here. In the majority of these, his name was "Tom" (what else?)
In ORPHAN OF THE PECOS, Tom Rayburn is accused of a murder he didn't commit, and in LOST RANCH, Tom Wade searches for a rancher who's been kidnapped by smugglers.
For more great old western stars like Hoot Gibson, Tex Ritter, Gene Autry, Ken Maynard, Roy Rogers and Johnny Mack Brown, you can't beat the FRONTIER JUSTICE 50 Movie Pack, from MILL CREEK ENTERTAINMENT.
