The guy who teaches this talks too much! HELLO! We are holding our breathe and you are rambling on! I thought it would also include MORE about energy work...he talks about Chakra Clearing and demonstrates w a few of them. Poorly written and tho' the word yoga has a meaning, it is not wnat we associate w the word! This DVD shouldnt be called a Yoga DVD. No wonder the person I ordered from sent it ASAP! They wanted to get rid of it! |
