Member Movie Reviews Michele C. (mikhala) from KENDALL PARK, NJ Reviewed on 1/7/2011... Loved this show. Cutting edge and made you think, like Fringe. I never heard of this show before finding it on Netflix. Then if you watch the special features, they premiered it on "Death of a Series" night...FRIDAY. Ah well, so soon after 9/11 the country might not have been ready for a 'terrorist' show, even if they were aliens. However, it probably paved the way for a reimagining of 'V'. The acting is superb and the feel was all too real. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes cop shows and/or Sci-Fi. The networks forget to advertise it, they don't hype it up, and then to add insult to injury, they put it on at a time or day when NOBODY can watch it. Well This is a Great show. I just wish that writers would start writing Science fictions to start and end in 1 season... that way I don't have to try and sleep with "WHAT IF" ideas dancing in my head. After I bought the DVD set, I eventually threw it out (yes, threw it out) after watching the missing episodes and it was the first time I ever thanked the powers that be for cancelling a series. But I still wonder... what happened???"
