Member Movie Reviews Marc M. (mojofilmguy) Reviewed on 5/29/2009... This is a really fun dvd with Three Tarzan Movies on it. Each movie has a different story. What I found appealing was that each was made in a different era with different stars. Tarzan and the Trappers was made in late 50's and stars Gordon Scott who I always thought had the best body for the rugged apeman. Tarzan and the Green Goddess was made in 1935 and stars Bruce Bennett. Both of these were B and W with sound. But my favorite was Tarzan of the Apes starring Elmo Lincoln; a silent movie made in 1918. A fascinating and fun look at what they could do Way Before computer special effects. All 3 of these are wholesome and fun and are great for children and adults alike. 1 of 1 member(s) found this review helpful.

They are ALL IN BLACK AND WHITE just as is stated on the case for the DVD. However the Product Description for this item on the Amazon website says "Color". Obviously someone needs to change the Product Description."
