"I love this workout! There is a warm up and a cool down, an ab workout, a butt workout and an arms workout. Plus a full body workout. Each workout can be accessed seperately or you can play them all. Doing them all takes about an hour.
Buy it!!"

"I'm in my mid-50s and while I have always been aerobically fit and have never had weight problems, I was definitely getting a bit "soft" after quitting my gym last year to save money. I decided to pick up a couple exercise DVDs to do at home to tone up rather than joining the gym again. I like this workout very much. After doing it three times a week for a month my arms are definitely stronger and my "rear view" (as Minna so humorously refers to it) has "perked up." My balance has also improved considerably; I don't wobble doing some of them the way I did at first. Although the DVD doesn't target legs, many of the exercises strengthen the quadriceps and hamstrings as well at the area they are supposed to emphasize. Between this and the improved balance I find the workout does more than it purports. You need light and heavy hand weights for many of the exercises; I had 5 lb. and 10 lb weights and they work fine."
