"I just bought this DVD and I am very happy with my purchase. The DVD is of high quality. The Dave Brubeck performance is very good. If you are a Brubeck fan, you should add this to your collection. I really like their performance of "Pennies from Heaven" and "Theme for June". If you will watch this in a big screen with BOSE speakers, it is like being there at the concert. I have nothing negative to say except that they should have included more songs. There were only 7 songs in this DVD. They should have added "In Your Own Sweet Way" and "Blue Rondo".

"Dave Brubeck has been around for so long, that we now have the Old Dave, the Young Dave, and the Middle Aged Dave. This DVD presents the Old Dave and of course young or old Dave is great. Bobby Militello on sax is not Paul Desmond and Randy Jones is not Joe Morello, and Micheal Moore is not Gene Wright. But it is still Dave Brubeck and a quartet. I'm a giant fan of the 50's Dave Brubeck quartet but in recent years I have been listening to Dave Brubeck with everybody and anybody. Randy Jones does his thing on Take Five on this CD and once he starts rolling, he does quite a good job. Bobby Militello surprises me on every solo. I am really growing to enjoy his style. I really hope that Dave Brubeck is able to continue FOREVER. But if he doesn't at least we will have these DVDs. I intend to buy every one Amazon has for sale.
