The majority of the film focuses on interviews with professionals of different disciplines speaking on the effects of neurotoxins on the brain and other expressions of disease. The major neurotoxin discussed is asparatame. Other subjects include GMOs and MSG. I would like to quote Dr. Russell Blaylock, a neurosurgeon, who says in the film, "We're developing a society because of all these toxins known to affect brain functions, we're seeing a society that not only has a lower IQ but a lot fewer people of higher IQ. In other words, a chemical dumbing down of society. Everyone is sorta mediocre. We have these people of lower IQ who are totally dependent, then this massive [group of] people who are going to believe everything they're told because they can't really think clearly. Very few people of higher IQ with good cognitive function, who can figure this out." Many who believe they do not eat asparatame or have not eaten a GMO food actually eat them daily because they are hidden ingredients in almost every commercial food product you buy--from canned vegetables to cereal to yogurt to multivitimins, you name it.
