Kinda stupid, but fun.

Synopsis:: Computer consultant, Normal Neale, spends his days dreaming of his office's receptionist and his nights dreaming of fighting crime, superhero-stylle. When Norman discovers that his pretty-boy co-worker, Victor, has telekinetic abilities, he enlists the help of comic book store owner, Chuck (Baldwin) and tries to train Victor to become a real-life superhero. But as Victor grows in power, Norman is faced with the heartbreaking realization that not all people with extraordinary abilities are meant to be heroes.
