After watching this DVD I read reviews on the internet, which helped with my confusion. I believe this is a movie where you cannot tell if it is the movie or the portrayal of the book of erotica which is being written (in the movie), then re-written, and further revised.

This film starring Paz Vega,Tristan Ulloa, Najwa Nimri etc. could be considered good for its scenic picturization, beautiful location etc. Other than these aspects the movie seem to be devoid of any in depth development of characters of any of its actors. The director/ Producer has not been able to bring out the agony and the ecstasy of the pretty and sexy actress Paz Vega's character. Tristan Ulloa seems too much of a cuckold and does not seem to have any strngth of character. Daniel Freire shows too much of a wooden personality.
The director somehow has not been able to stitch together the flow of the story without it seeming abrupt at some places. The nude scenes of Paz Vega and Najwa Nimri could have been more creatively and tastefully done without the abstract abruptness. The idea of a movie narrative should always be to make the viewers think that they are in the midst of the happenings in the movie. In some places in the movie we see that the scenes are cut of absolutely during the flow then suddenly we chance upon the next scene and so the director makes it the onus of the viewer to pick up from where he left off. This is like starting another story within a given story.
