"A must see for anyone who lives in Seattle. This film takes you on a thrill packed romp from the concrete jungles of Pioneer Square, to the sub-terrainian horrors of underground Seattle. Filled with action, action and more action, this movie contains one of the most thrilling chase sequences ever filmed in Seattle's little known subway system (I won't tell if you don't)!Buy it NOW! Justice, vengeance, madness and missed opportunities

"I bought this movie because Beau Bridges is in it as well as the underappreciated Ron Leibman (still wait for his Kaz TV series to be transferred on Disc). They both have their share of the action. Bridges plays a judge who is "soft" on gangland crimes, Leibman is the husband of a victim, a survelliance systems specialist, who kidnaps the judge's wife in order to get things going. That's basically a good story, but it is not handled very well. Suspension of disbelieve is required more often than I am usually willing to conceed. The production values are good, though, and people who love Seattle will probably love this movie because their town is portrayed in different lights and from different angles, on the whole in a flattering way."
