"I have tried many pilates DVD's with and without props and this one is not worth paying or doing. The instruction is ok, quality of video is good BUT the workout itself is 40 minutes of nothing really... very disappointing!"

"Once you have mastered the Total Body Sculpting DVD, move on to this one. The warmup is extremely similar, but the workout itself is very different. You will get a great workout with this DVD. The resistance band helps to really tone your body. Since the movements are a little faster, you also can get your heartrate up a little bit. This is a wonderful DVD that makes you feel so great afterwards. I have noticed a change in my body shape from doing this three times a week for a couple of weeks (along with diet and cardio). I highly recommend this DVD for toning.
The only reason I didn't give the DVD 5 stars is due to the fact that some of the exercises can be difficult on your back if you suffer from back pain. I wish Moira would give alternatives to people with this problem. Otherwise it is a wonderful DVD!
I also highly recommend purchasing the stott pilates resistance bands. Normal bands are not long enough to use in this DVD.Stott Pilates Flex-Bands Gift Pack (Blue and Green)"
