"I am a Pilates teacher and I really liked this DVD. THe instruction is clear and concise. THe exercises start relatively easy and then get very difficult. The instructors are very informative. I loved that they took Reformer exercises and put them on the ball. If you know Reformer, you will really enjoy these exercises with the ball.
Not a good workout for someone who has never tried Stability Ball. But a great workout for a Pilates student who wants to improve balance and strength."
Not much new here - sorry to say

"As I have found is usual with Stott DVD's lately, there is with nothing new here for Pilates or Core-training instructors with plenty of experience already
I was disappointed I had bought something I couldn't use. Again. But I do agree that the DVD's are beautiful, and easy to follow. And I am a big fan of the earlier programs."

"A bought this DVD awhile ago and have comepleted the workout several times. Many of the exercises are difficult, and a couple of them I haven't yet mastered. But I'll keep trying! The workout is demonstrated in a clear and accessible way. Moira Merrithew takes such a low-key approach that even the most challenging moves seem possible."

"This is a good program that incorporates the stability ball. It is more challenging than my other Stott Pilates, which I prefer."
Too Short

"I have been practing Pilates, Yoga, and both on the Balance Ball for years. I wanted an exercise DVD that would challenge me and keep me interested. This DVD claims that it is not for the beginner, but it spends the first 15 minutes teaching you proper alignment and breath control. Now, I fast forward it through the first 15 minutes and then do the workout. It is still too short and there are not enough repetitions of each exercise. I guess you could pause it and keep going on your own? Anyhow, it is still the best DVD I have found for the intermediate to advanced student."
