Irreverent bad boy Ron White will crack you up with a nonstop stream of hilarious jokes and clever observations. As described by Daily Variety, "White's inspired comic mind finds a dozen sources of humor where the average ... more »comic would find only one or two." In this brand-new stand-up performance, he explores the pitfalls of marriage, offers some hysterically funny advice on picking a spouse and introduces the unforgettable "Squirrel Man," plus much more. A well-loved Comedy Central favorite, star of the popular DVD They Call Me "Tater Salad" and the bestselling CD Drunk in Public, this extraordinary comedian will keep you laughing till your sides ache!« less

Ron White is funny, however this dvd has very harsh language and many sexual references. Definately not appropriate for children.

The Tater is Still Hot

"If you love Ron White, like I do, your only disappointment with this DVD will be that his stand-up here just isn't long enough. It IS hilarious, in his usual uncompromising way, and definitely left me wanting more. One nice addition on the DVD, though, is a pretty good "Behind the Scenes" bonus feature on which he talks about how he came to be a stand-up comedian. It's not as good as the stand-up, but it's fun to see.
I was also happy to see that the material is 99% new. My wife and I both love the "Drunk in Public," "They Call Me Tater Salad," and "All The Way to the Crash Site" stories, and other stuff, but it's good to see newer material that hasn't been played to death on cable yet. "Squirrel Man" is a great addition, as is the title bit.
If you're unfamiliar with Ron White, I suggest you check out some of his earlier stuff BEFORE buying or renting this DVD. He tends to make fun of his own life, friends, and family A LOT in his act, so you'll understand more of his references if you come to it having seen the earlier stuff. Also, if profanity or sexual references offend you, pay close attention to this DVD's R rating, because Ron definitely sees that rating as being there to make good use of."
Not the Best Comedy DVD

"Ron White is a stand up comedian known for his cigar chomping, scotch drinking shtick, and is a part-time member of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour. He can be very funny with his southern, drunk humor. This DVD, You Can't Fix Stupid is average, at best. It runs just over 40 minutes long, which isn't much for the price of a DVD. And while it's mostly funny, it's not nearly as funny as some of his previous stand up routines. The saving grace of this DVD is that it's new material and you can always watch a DVD like this and get a few laughs."
Saw the show live.

"My husband and I saw the show live and found it great! Maybe the other reviewers haven't seen Ron White in anything other that this dvd and didn't know what to expect. Yes he cusses, yes he gets crude, it is part of his show. Check the ratings before you buy the dvd. Our only complaint was we wished we could have seen more!"

"What is wrong with you guys?!? Maybe not as good as some of his earlier stuff, but still funny. In a world of Bill Mahr, David Spade and other idiots, Ron White is a master. I laughed so hard a few times I couldn't catch my breath. Thank you, Ron!"
If you like raw humor, Ron's your man!

"Not for the faint of heart or the politically correct. But if you're into In-Your-Face kind of humor, give this one a try! I laughed until my sides hurt."
