Now this is going to be the first review by someone (ME) who actually sat back (Painfully) and watched this movie. I'm not going to go in great details cause I have better things to do with my time then to sit here and write a long essay about this stupid movie but the only reason why I didn't give it a 1 star is because I understood the theme of why it's called Robbin' In da Hood but otherwise be grateful I given it 2 stars barely. Here go. 1) This is a "B" movie but more like an "F" very low budget 2) Acting was Terrible (The pimp "Slappy" is just a wannabe Katt Williams and "Nick" The African is a wannabe Michael Blackson of the movie "Repos") 3) The Theme even though I understood where they were coming from overall I thought was very corny. The only good I can say about this movie is some parts of it is kind of funny like when "Slappy" the pimp bitch slaps his homeboy with the cross eyes. The cross eyed Character is indeed the funniest in the movie but overall the Actors & Actresses are really just over acting and it takes away the humor of it and becomes just stupid. My advice would be to rent before buying! " |
