Real fun intro and later discussions are great. Simmons does not disappointment and will dance exercise to the oldies!

This is my favorite of Richard's exercise videos. The moves are do-able, and the people very real. His team is never made up of models, but uncoordinated and out of step movements happen, and make the experience more like you're in the gym at a class. At the end, it's fun to see how much weight people have lost.

"I love this video. It is fun & easy to follow. It gives me just the right amount of low impact arobics. At age 58 and having lost over 80 pounds (45 to go) this is perfect. It is helping me to continue to lose, and have fun at the same time. I recommend this to anyone."

"I LOVE THIS DVD. i ACTUALLY CAN "DO" THE EXERCISES AND THE OLDIES MUSIC IS WONDERFUL. I LIKE THE FACT THAT THE FOLKS DOING THE EXERCISES ARE "REAL" PEOPLE RATHER THAN 22 YEAR OLD BODY BUILDERS TYPES. THE DVD IS GOOD EXERCISE AND FUN."
AWESOME!
