I thought this was a pretty good bodyweight-only strength workout. It's broken down into 3-15 minute segments, each focusing on strength moves targeting a different part of the body. The first segment is standing ab focused and uses alot of balance challenging moves to target the core. The second segment is lower body focused and the third segment is all over toning. there are alot of balance challenges throughout the entire dvd since this workout was meant to be used with the Reebok toning sneakers that they used to sell, but I think anyone would get a good workout even without the shoes. And, the balance challenges are still challenging, especially if you have horrible balance like myself. You could probably add handweights to make any one of the segments a bit more advanced, maybe I'll try that the 2nd time around...
