An old message that still has great worth

"This video is another of Hays 1 hour long talks re-packaged from the late 80's early 90's era.



Still a very powerful message she delivers here. This is the basis of the message that most self help gurus are putting out today. Hay has a knack for putting any negative scenario in the right context for healing. Excellent with affirmations and explaining personal problems as what they truly are. I like these short videos from Hay as they are accurate and to the point with just enough fluff to make you feel warm and fuzzy.
