"CHINESE GODFATHER- Chan Wai Man falls in love with a woman played by Hu Chin, and she doublecrosses him. Not much of a story here, just a really boring movie. I was hoping the fights would save it, but they don't. None of the fights impressed me whatsoever. Even The Chinese Mack was way better than this, and it features most of the same cast.
1.5/5
Picture quality is decent and it's widescreen. English dubbed.
DUEL OF KARATE- bad action and story. I don't really know what else to say. It's from 1971, and it really shows. The only thing I liked about the movie was Doris Lung. Other than that there's a couple watchable fights, and a couple funny scenes where Yee Yuen flies like Superman.
1.5/5
Picture quality in the opening fight is extremely blurry, but after that it's decent. widescreen and English dubbed.
Out of all the Rarescope releases, this is the worst. Other ones to stay away from are King of Fists and Dollars, Cub Tiger From Kwangtung and Duel at the Supreme Gate. All of the other Rarescope releases are pretty good. They just came out with 10-pack that is basically a dollar per movie, and 7 of the movies are worth seeing. Highly recommended- Advantage: Flicks with Kicks"
