"this pride was very slow and dull compared to the others. this and the PRIDE GP opening round may have been the slowest events in PRIDE history to take place. the fights are as followed:
1)Heath Herring vs. Willie Peters-nice quick finish and good display of skill
2)Carlos Barreto vs. Tra Telligman-relatively slow match of two fighters never really tryingvery hard to finish the fight
3)Alan Goes vs. Vernon "Tiger" White-ok fight but quite slow to. some action by Alan
4)Carlos Newton vs. Naoki Sano-slick ground kills displayed by newton
5)Akira Shoji vs. John Renken-average fight. renken was quite overmatched
6)Gilbert Yvel vs. Vitor Belfort-nice opening of the fight by vitor then it's stalling to the end. not the kind of fight you would expect from either fighter
7)Igor Vovchanchyn vs. Daijiro Matsui-lot of heart shown by matsui but what did PRIDE have in mind by making this match? Matsui had virtually no chance of winning over Igor. one of the better matches on this event that didn't go too long or too short
8)Ricco Rodriquez vs. Gary Goodridge-quite dissapointing for a main event, even to a real MMA fan. good technical Ground n Pound by Ricco.
this PRIDE had its share of slow matches and quick finishes. wouldn't recommend this over any of ther others but if you want this in your collection, go for it"

Its amazing to see how pride can pump out so many 'main event' shows for every fight. UFC would be begging to host some of these fights and they are all here for you to view (9 in total)Matt Serra vs Johil de Oliveira, Heath Herring vs. Willie Peters, Tra Telligman vs Carlos Barreto, Vernon 'Tiger' White vs. Allan Goes, Naoki Sano vs. Carlos Newton, Akira Shoji vs. John 'The Saint' Renken, Gary Goodridge vs. Ricco Rodriguez, Daijiro Matsui vs. Igor Vovchanchyn, Gillbert Yvel vs. Victor Belfort, Watch out for the punching power of Vovchanchyn and herring. You don't need seismology equipment to detect whats going on. When they fight each of there fights, war is what transpires"
