"I watched The Police: Regatta De Blanc on DVD last night and have to say that I am slightly dissapointed with this DVD. Although the DVD does a good job at going through the history of Sting, Andy Summers, Stewart Copeland and Henry Padovani in The Police, it is all old news to any Police fan. The content of this DVD would have been more suitable as an 'extra' to a rare Police concert and this is my biggest complaint. You don't get to see The Police play one full song without someone commenting over the song. I thought that this DVD was going to show the full concert of The Police playing at the Rockpalast-Nacht in Germany, but it wasn't to be. I can only say that you should only buy this DVD if you are a die-hard Police fan and want to add another Police DVD to your collection. Hopefully there will be something new and decent released about The Police on DVD and Blu-ray soon."
Waste of money, even for hardcore fans

"When I heard this was 2 hours of interviews on the making of Regatta De Blanc, I snapped it up. To my surprise, this documentary does not include a single interview with the members of the Police, nor even their manager! Who's behind this excruciatingly boring, duplicitous cash grab? They owe me $18 and 2 hours of my life."
