All the supporting players, especially James Whitmore & Anthony Zerbe, pretty much steal the scenes, as Frank kinda sleepwalks throughout the movie. Faye Dunaway fans will be disappointed to find all her scenes played virtually in bed, as Frank's (Detective Delaney) seriously ill wife. Good film, overall. Though the people of that suburban town didn't like them they are here to stay! I recommend this movie for anyone who likes to watch comedy.
