Member Movie Reviews Renee C. (steelergirl83) Reviewed on 7/13/2016... I discovered this series on Netflix and binged all night! I love British TV and this was yet another series that did not disappoint. The acting, story-lines, and even the soundtrack were brilliant. It reminded me a little of a British period version of Sons of Anarchy. Pretty dark and I found myself rooting for the supposed bad guys instead of the new coppers who were trying to rid the city of gangs and organized crime. There were a few funny moments in spite of all the drama though, and a little romance that lightened the mood a bit. I really enjoy this series and highly recommend series 1! I haven't watched series 2 or 3 yet, but I'm hoping they are just as good! 1 of 1 member(s) found this review helpful.
