Movie Reviews

This is a fun workout
Steeler Fan | Vegas | 01/13/2007
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I really hate working out so I am always looking for new and fun ways to keep moving. This is more of an aerobic workout than a toning workout. The ball is used more for bouncing and moving. You are not just sitting on it doing sit-ups. If you want to have a fun workout, buy this."
Surprisingly tough and effective ;-)
Little Miss Cutey | Melbourne, Australia | 08/27/2006
(4 out of 5 stars)

"You may not think that you get a good workout using a stability ball for every exercise, but this is surprisingly tough and it works. You feel like a kid again because you bounce on the ball and 'play' with it a lot. When you are bouncing on the ball you are actually burning fat and building up your balance and strengthening your core, but it's a fun way to do it so you don't know you're working out. He is a very clear cuer and he is fun and outgoing so he's encouraging you throughout. He is almost always laughing and it's actually not annoying but keeps you energised. All you need is a stability ball and be prepared to have fun while doing some good exercise. It's a great way to mix up your usual routine with a little something different. I like this."
