"This is an OK workout. He's a great instructor with heaps of personality and he's tough and effective. For this, you need a step, multiple dumbbells, a stability ball, a rubber X-ertube, a medicine ball and a body bar. You use all of them at some stage or another. You do a lot of toning in this and begin with lower-body-toning that incorporates short aerobic intervals. He is always energetic and funnily enough, that makes you feel the same way and before you know it, you've done a pretty descent workout and feel so much better for it."
Great workout that will make you sweat!

"Patrick Goudeau's Kitchen Sink Conditioning is a wonderful high rep/low-medium weight workout that uses fresh new moves to hit every muscle in your body. As a seasoned exerciser (8-plus years) I found this workout both challenging and a pleasant change from other hi-rep workouts. A few of the high points in this workout are the ability to choose from 2 different warm-ups, good music and the aerobic intervals during the leg work. It also includes some great ab work. It's an easy-to-follow workout and Patrick's personality shines as always. This workout is accessable to all levels of fitness."

"This guy really does bring alot of equipment to the video except the kitchen sink, however he's got some great moves, and variety. It's nice to work using all that equipment that fitness people collect and put together in one workout."
