"I don't encourage TV viewing in our house on the whole, but we do watch an occaisional Dora while having a morning milk or when he's sick. We saw an ad for this while watching a Dora DVD and my son was enthralled with the short ad clip. We got this video and one other and he loves both. The songs are actually pretty good (even for me) and the characters are very cute. My son loves all the laughing and watching the other babies. I have been recommending these to all my fellow mothers!
"My three year old daughter fell in love with the "Buddies" when she watched a preview on the "Noggin" channel. She will watch this DVD over and over, and still enjoy like it was the first viewing. Great songs and characters for any child to love!

"My son, who is now 2 years old, began watching this when he was 15 months old. At first, it was a hard sell -- I think because the opening number threw him for a loop. He was used to Baby Einstein with classical music; and this video has lyrics. So, I put it in the car DVD player so he was forced to watch it. After a while, he began to love it. Some of the music sounds somewhat like gospel. It's a bit peculiar compared with other kids DVD's; but we've grown to like it alot. He particularly likes the segment where the puppets are shown driving construction equipment - i.e. bulldozer, dump truck, etc. Then there is a great song -- "dig, dig, dig, my excavator!" and kids are seen pushing toy dump trucks around. There is also a segment showing tools - hammer, saw, etc. While I think girls would like it, I think it's a must for boys. I wish there were more boys videos for toddlers on the market - i.e. cars, construction, trucks, etc."
My triplets love it!

"My triplets are now 15 months old and LOVE this DVD! The started out with Baby Einstein, which they loved, but as they've gotten older they love this one because the music is more fun and funky and they can bounce and dance to it. The Curious Buddies are cute little buggers too! I guess they used to have a show on Nick Jr but I can't seem to find it now. It teaches things as well."
My grandson loves this!

"My one year old grandson loves puppets so we thought he would like this show. We were right! He will watch this over and over and over. He gets so excited when he hears the song. He could be in another room and he will waddle his way into the living room with a big grin on his face and sit down and watch it. I did make the mistake of showing him Curious Buddies on YouTube and now every time grammy is on the computer he thinks I am going to show him his Curious Buddies again and wants up. I rate this high because we have surely gotten our money out of it by it being played over and over."
