"Considering its low price, it is a great value to remind you of your trip to Florence. Everyone can have an opinion if it should include this place or the other, and it depends what sites you had time to visit, but it is a great way to sit in front of the TV, thinking: "I was there" and listening to great music.
The connection between the music and the sites is kind of general, but good enough for the purpose.

"This is at least 2 different discs. I would imagine the feelings invoked are different for those who have never been to Florence. This will provide some of the ambience. It is not a teaching disc, but more of an experience. You do not have to study it, just sit back and enjoy. For those who have visited Florence it is an nice stroll through the lovely city. Maybe it would even spur one to go back."

"I enjoyed it tremendously it shows not only a Florence of great architectural and art treasures but also everyday's life, like people serving coffee in a Bar, the customers spooning the coffe, trivial? Yes but beautiful..... everything looks so real, so Italian, so true...ditto in the market, the ladies talking , a man anxious to buy something, the delicious vegetables, cheeses, the butcher chopping the meat etc;;;;So simple yet it magically brings alive so many details of life in Florence as so many of us have been fortunate to at least have had a glimpse.
For centuries Florence has delighted as its master pieces and Rennaissance architecture at the same time it has remained attached to its way of life, its values. For how long it will last.?..we do not know. So this lovely DVD to me at least, told me go back to Flornence asap. , the truth is I am going again."
