Whilst we heard all his songs, the main songs that is, it took many years, over 50, for me to be able to access a detailed visual history of his life and times and friends. It was great to see the other players who worked with him in those days eg a very young Waylon Jennings. A brilliantly put together documentary, even my wife found it very interesting! Although she got a bit sick of me falling asleep with the DVD player on and it defaulting to "That'll be the Day", in the early hours of the morning. A great contribution to those interested in the history and pioneers of Rock n Roll!" |
