Spicy Thai food is the secret to becoming a Thai kickboxing master in this comedy starring Australian strongman Nathan Jones. Jones is mainly comic relief for the majority of the movie, while it's girl power for the most part. Jindamanee shows talent in Muay Thai with some amusing
scenes where she takes advantage of being lightweight and small. Viewers expecting to see Jones go full beast-mode need to wait until the final scenes, as he spends most of the movie getting beat up until then. Mild CG and low budget produce a fairly satisfying ending as Jones is sort of like a red Hulk using a combination of kickboxing and professional wrestling. Aside from the action, the movie is very centered on Thai culture and making light of Jones' size and being a 'fish out of water'. Although rated R, it's a pretty soft R, and easily would have been PG had it been made in the 80s.

This movie is so funny! Nathan Jones (former pro-wrestler 7ft tall) pulls off being a funny man famously! Great story about a big softy trying to help out two kids and their mother! Fantastic fight scenes with this young Muay Thai girl fighter! Lots of action and lots of laughs. Wonderfully done! MUST see! (most of it is in subtitles, but still fantastic).
