Quite a disturbing movie which has you screaming at the TV for the victims to fight back.

De Mornay and kids crash a get together in what used to be their house. The De Mornay crew is definitely insane and leaves numerous openings for the homeowners and guests to turn the tide of events.

All roles are done well with quite believable characterization.

There are a few ridiculous moments here but for the most part the film is quite plausible and may leave the viewer wondering 'what would I do in that situation.'

Maybe not a gem of home invasion movies (if such exists) but definitely one worth seeing. Quite violent and will definitely make you think twice about not hitting a girl.
